Bookings
Online bookings are available for daytime individual sessions of 50 or 75 minutes duration and can be delivered either online or in-person at our St Kilda location.
If you would like to book an extended session or an EMDR intensive, please contact Jessica to schedule your appointment.

Please note that ALL Wednesday and Friday bookings will be ONLINE appointments.

If you wish to book a last minute appointment (within the next 24 hours or less), please email Jessica to enquire.

Fees
From 1 May 2025, the fee for a standard, individual 50 minute session is $260.
​
The fee for an after hours (from 4.30pm) 50 minute appointment is $290.
​
You can claim back a Medicare rebate of $141.85 for up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year with a current Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.

If you have private health insurance then you might be entitled to a rebate. Each fund and level of cover is different, so it is worth checking with your fund to see what your entitlements are.

Cancellation
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations without 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
